An Evening With TEDX Speaker
Paul Matthews

Join us for an insightful seminar with Paul Matthews exploring the role of AI in Christian Education, with practical insights and the opportunity to connect with our school community over a light supper!

Paul is a third-generation teacher, a Fellow at Baylor University, and an author. He currently serves as a Head of Department and teaches History at Calvin Christian School, a CEN school in Tasmania.

Alongside his classroom work, Paul has spent the last several years helping thousands of educators across Australia and internationally navigate the problems and possibilities of AI in education.

Paul is the author of many books, including his most recent book, Wise AI: Using Powerful Technology in a Deeply Human Way.

Paul's mission is simple: help schools use AI wisely. Not just adopt the tools, but adapt to the world they're creating. Paul believes education is the most human thing we do, and he wants to keep it that way.
